0 Community Posted April 11 Share Posted April 11 To claim a prize of $699 or less by mail, fill out the back of the winning ticket and mail it to: Georgia Lottery Corporation P.O. Box 56966 Atlanta, GA 30343 For prizes over $600, you must also include a completed claim form, a copy of your ID, and a copy of your Social Security card. Keep a copy of all claim documents and tickets for your records.
