I have a scratch off ticket named Crossword Gold. I have 3 words w/a gold bar in one word which means Double the Prize. My Prize should be 2 free tickets. when I tried to cash it, I was told it was not a winner. The 3 words are Hem, Mug, and Groo and a gold Bar. The Code # 01836-085487-002.
