At this time, the New York Lottery does not offer Double Play for Powerball. So, no Powerball lottery ticket purchased in the state of New York will have Double Play. Since we are not affiliated with the New York Lottery, we can't tell you why they made this decision, so we suggest you contact them directly to get assistance with that question.
